This 3 bedroom modern and bright home ticks all the boxes. This newly renovated house boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - both brand new, very modern kitchen which will be a chefs delight. A lock up shed with BBQ and seating.
The house is air conditioned and also has a dishwasher and also includes Free WIFI. Well equipped kitchen and a new comfortable lounge will make your stay relaxing.
Just park the car and walk to the beach, country club or town. You can enjoy all South West Rocks has to offer. Visit historic Trial Bay Gaol or Horsehoe Bay. Enjoy a swim at Back Creek or a quiet drink on the balcony at the surf club.
There is a closed of back yard for the kids to play in.

Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting so you will need to bring your own-sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths. You will also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive the contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.

SWR is Good Locality
Helen - 15th September 2021Enjoyed our stay except for the bruised shins from the corners of the new king size bed. We ended up padding them. Staying 3 months, we had time to assess everything and we were very happy with the contents and cleanliness although the stove could do with a good clean as the oven smoked every time we used it. We will be back again.

Sue - 13th February 2021This accommodation was excellent for us. Safe yard for our dog. Plenty of room in house, with everything you need. Having 2 bathrooms was great. Beds not the most comfortable Kitchen could be cleaner. Close to town and no need to use car much.

Ben - 9th November 2018With a family of 5 this 3 bedroom home was clean, tidy and functionable. 2 minute walk to shops,beach and back creek. Comfy beds and seperate shed for BBQ was great. Air-con and dishwasher a plus .Definately booking next years holiday in this home.
