Fantastic air-conditioned holiday cottage with new furniture and appliances (including dishwasher)ready for your beach holiday. Three bedrooms (sleeps 8), two living areas (both with large flat screen TVs and DVD players), radio, CD player, microwave, BBQ, great fenced rear yard for the kids to play and plenty of parking space with one garage and paved room for extra car or boat. The elevated rear deck and family room catches the cooling sea breezes and provides a relaxing spot to sit and watch the sunsets behind Yarrahapinni Mountain. Pet friendly for one small outside dog only.

Please Note: 'Seamist Cottage' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.

Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting so you will need to bring your own-sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths. You will also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive the contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.
