Ceiling fans to living area and all bedrooms, Lock up garage, TV, DVD player, microwave, dishwasher, internal laundry with washer and dryer. Also a private garage with remote control door. Main bedroom has ensuite, walk in robe and extra LCD TV. Park the car, send the kids to the beach or park and watch them from the verandah overlooking Main Beach. Away from the street so all you will have to hear is the sound of the waves breaking on the beach.
