Situated on the first floor in the heart of town, this unit is walking distance to all amenities. Although there is only 2 bedrooms, this property sleeps 6 guests. Each bedroom has brand new bedding and quilt covers. It boasts an open plan living and dining area and has a fully equipped kitchen. Other features include air conditioning and Wi-fi. There is a small balcony at the front of the unit where you can enjoy the ocean breeze.

Dunbar Court has a shared fully equipped laundry for guests to use.

Please Note: 'Dunbar Court Unit 7' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.

As linen is not supplied in this holiday letting, you will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths. You also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive the contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.

Fantastic unit so close to the beach and 2 minute walk to the Main Street. Unit was well appointed with everything we needed i- cookware, glassware, etc. Beds were comfortable, large TV, modern looking unit very reasonably priced.

The unit is perfect for a small family and its proximity to the beach/river/restaurants/gelato(!) makes it very practical. The rating would have been 5 stars if it wasnt for very dusty surfaces (coffee table, ceiling fans and carpets beneath coffee table and beds), as well as scratched non-stick pans (cancerogenic). The rental agency offered an excellent service (key pick-up/drop-off, promptly answering questions during stay, etc.) Would definitely recommend to others.

Whilst this unit is in a good location it needed to be totally renovated. Lacked in cutlery furniture grubby. I never used frying pans as they should have been thrown out as well as crockery. Beds in second bedroom hard as rocks as well no fans in either bedrooms. Rug in lounge area should have been thrown out as it is soooo dirty. .

This holiday flat is clean and very comfortable. No water views but you are so close it doesn't matter. It's very quiet as its at the back of the block. Rocks Real Estate were fantastic managing agents - very efficient, kind and curteous
