Upstairs has split system air-conditioning to the spacious living / dining and kithcen area with ceiling fans, 2 huge bedrooms with ceiling fans, the main bedroom has an ensuite and a private balcony. Living area has TV, DVD, CD player, stereo, balcony, outdoor setting and gas BBQ. The 3rd, 4th bedrooms are located downstairs along with the 3rd bathroom with a lounge retreat downstairs. The kitchen has a fantastic 900mm wide oven with gas cooktop and dishwasher. Fully fenced rear yard, off street parking only in the driveway for 2 cars and room for a boat. High chair and port-a-cot available.

There are many small shops, including great cafes and restaurants in the centre of town, as well as a Coles shopping centre on the edge of town.

Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting. You need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels and tablecloth, etc. You will also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap and dishwashing liquid, etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.

PLEASE NOTE: This property requires payment of a $500 refundable bond seven days prior to arrival. Provided there is no damage to the property the bond will be released within seven days of departure.
